This machine is automatically by PLC program and operated on touch screen human-machine friendly interface. The continuous ultrasonic welding technology, continuous card feeding and film sending are adopted. High speed, low noise, clears welded pattern and stable working. Suitable for mass telecom mobile phone prepaid card bagging packing process.
- Incorporated with film conveying, card feeding, packing, tearing & collecting well packed film car;
- Suitable for packing thickness over 0.25mm paper card, PVC card etc.
- Adopt continuous ultrasonic welding technology, pattern clearness & beautiful;
- Can choose single card packing or successively card packing, collecting card quantity can be set;
- Packaging bag edge adopt individuality design structure, floral designs can design by oneself, can pack China Telecom, CMCC, China Unicom, China Netcom packing required design.
- Can increase CCD visual inspection system to test card serial no., barcode & QR code.
