Auto Collation Machlne is used for collating the card sheets. it aIso has the normal overIay/magstripe overlay functions. It helps the card , Social Insurance card to realize the anti- counterfeit and magstripes functions . The machine couId reduce the NG rate and improve the capacity. Using the PLC and HMI control , One operator is OK for the machne.The machine capacity couId reach 900 sheets/hour and save 15 manpower cost .
This machine is used for collating the 3sheets ( top sheet , inlay, bottom sheet ) , it could add more sheet if required. The collating accuracy is 0.1mm.
This machine applies the high accurate sensors and step system , could correct the sheets' horizontal / vertical positions . lt has the servo system , accurate guide screw , ultrasonic collating design , glue cleaning staion , 500mm roll overlay diameter design , separable power control , auto Iift feeding . appIying the measure rulers , overIay guiding system and tension control design , warning funtions , thermaI detects and so on . The advanced design makes the machine on the lead in card industry.
