Detailed introduction
•Inspection contents:
* Surface scratches, laminated corrugated water spots, air spot, air bubble, printing color aberration, oil contamination, errors caused by die-cutting (black boundaries), printing errors, ghost images, and water marks.
* Positions & the dimensions check of the following: LOGO of the card, magnetic stripe,signature stripe, the holographic label.
* Can also inspect the Microfilm Graphic Character & Invisible Anti-fake Graphic Character.
•Requirements for the application cnironrnent:
1. Operation environment temperature: 5-40°
2. Relative humidity: 15-90
3. Storage environment temperature: - 10~60 °C
•Electrical Requirements
1. Earth resistance: <10Ω
2. Power supply: 220±10% 48~62Hz
3. Standard AC 220V power supply is applied, please ensure reliable PE.
4. The whole system working power is 1.6KW,an independent socket must be provided — using standard 3 core power socket, and the distance between the socket and the machine should not be greater than I .5m. Allowable socket and circuit current flow should be greater than 10A.
• Air source
1. Required air source pressure: 0.45-1Mpa
2. Providing air volume: no less than 20L/min
3. The machine installation location should provide quick connector( φ8). the straight distance between the quick connector and the machine should not be greater than 3.5 meter.
• Machine Dimension ( the dimension of the card dispenser and collection module can be altered according to the customer's request)
