The fully automatic double-sided card checker uses the latest detection technology to achieve the most rigorous inspection. The machine passes online detection by four cameras, and the front and back of the card are inspected simultaneously, all at once. The workflow is as follows: Card issuing - Electrical performance testing of non received cards - Removal of non received bad cards - Front dust removal - Front detection camera 1 - Front detection camera 2 - Card high-speed turnover - Back dust removal - Back detection camera 1 - Back detection camera 2 - Rejection of unqualified products - Collection of qualified products Card issuing mechanism: The card is issued using two tracks, and the card is sucked through vacuum without causing friction and scratches on the card. Non receiving card detection mechanism: It can detect and read the UID code of non receiving cards, and automatically eliminate cards that cannot read the UID code. Dust removal mechanism: Remove impurities and dust adsorbed on the surface of the card, and eliminate the interference of impurities and dust on the detection. Surface quality detection module: it can detect lamination marks, scratches, watermarks, and lamination ripples on various card surfaces to the maximum extent. It can directly filter the printed content of the card, directly image defective areas, and achieve maximum accuracy detection. Printing quality detection module: detects various printing defects, punching errors (black edges), color differences, and other defects of the card. Card flipping mechanism: Flips the card at high speed.

Card defects can be detected as follows:
※ Detection of surface scratches, laminated watermarks, air spots, bubbles, printing color differences, oil stains, punching errors (black edges), unclear printing, ghosting, watermarks, etc.
※ Detection of the location and overall dimensions of card logos, UnionPay labels, VISA labels, magnetic strips, signature strips, holographic labels, etc.
※ If it is necessary to detect miniature graphic text or invisible anti-counterfeiting graphic text, corresponding detection stations can be added.
